We`re excited to share a first look at our next release: THE DAWN PINOT NOIR
Sourced from the single-vineyard Sunset Knoll Vineyard in Los Carneros, this Pinot Noir is shaped by the region`s cool coastal influence, bringing freshness, silky texture, and effortless balance to every glass.
It`s the bottle you`ll reach for alongside roast chicken, grilled salmon, earthy mushrooms, or an ordinary weeknight that somehow turns into an unforgettable evening.
Now resting in the bottle, THE DAWN PINOT NOIR will be released in 2027, with club members getting first access this fall! Head to our website & join our club to be among the first to taste it.

Our Cabernet spent 2–3 years aging in barrel, allowing the wine to develop slowly and naturally. Over time, the tannins soften, the texture becomes more refined, and the layers of fruit, oak, and structure begin to settle into balance.
There’s no reason to rush a wine that’s still becoming what it’s meant to be!
