THE DAWN PINOT NOIR is a single-vineyard release from Sunset Knoll Vineyard in Los Carneros, shaped by the region’s cool, coastal influence.
It works beautifully with roast chicken, grilled salmon, mushrooms, and weeknight dinners that turn into long evenings.
Now resting in bottle, It will be released in Spring 2027. Only 57 cases were produced.
