Wine & Barrel Co. was built around the idea that great wine is not only about what is in the bottle, but also when it is opened, who it is shared with, and the connection it creates. Our club is designed to bring you closer to that experience through seasonal allocations, preferred pricing, early access to releases, and invitations to events that reflect the spirit of the winery.
Whether you are looking for a more approachable way to enjoy our wines throughout the year or a deeper level of access to limited releases and member hospitality, each membership offers a thoughtful way to stay connected to what we are building. Both clubs are rooted in small-lot production, intentional winemaking, and wines meant to be opened, shared, and remembered.
Program Structure
Two shipments per year: Spring and Fall
Two membership tiers:
- Barrel Club — 6 bottles per shipment, 10% member savings
- Cellar Club — 12 bottles per shipment, 20% member savings
All members:
- Receive early access to new releases before they become available to the general mailing list.
- Are invited to winery events, including release parties, pop-up tastings, and special gatherings.
- May customize each shipment during the club window, as inventory allows.
- Receive exclusive club communications, winery updates, and behind-the-scenes stories from the vineyard and cellar.
Barrel Club
2 shipments per year | 6 bottles per shipment
Minimum order value: $300 at member pricing (before tax and shipping)
An approachable way to enjoy Wine & Barrel Co. year-round. Barrel Club is designed for members who enjoy discovering our wines with added flexibility, savings, and early access throughout the year.
Benefits:
- Two curated 6-bottle shipments per year featuring a selection of our current releases and seasonal favorites, with 10% member savings on every club shipment.
- 10% savings year-round on all red wine purchases.
- $30 flat-rate shipping within California on club shipments, with reduced shipping rates on club shipments outside California.
- Full customization of each shipment during the club window.
- Member pricing on winery events, including release parties, pop-up tastings, and special gatherings.
- Early access to new releases before they become available to the general mailing list.
- Exclusive club communications, winery updates, and behind-the-scenes stories from the vineyard and cellar.
Cellar Club
2 shipments per year | 12 bottles per shipment
Minimum order value: $550 at member pricing (before tax and shipping)
Our most comprehensive membership experience. Cellar Club is designed for members who enjoy exploring our portfolio with greater savings, flexibility, and access throughout the year.
Benefits:
- Two curated 12-bottle shipments per year featuring a selection of our current releases and seasonal favorites, with 20% member savings on every club shipment.
- 20% savings year-round on all red wine purchases.
- Complimentary ground shipping within California on club shipments, with a $40 flat-rate shipping fee for club shipments outside California.
