All wine shipments require an adult signature from a person who is 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required at the time of delivery. Wine cannot be delivered to minors, visibly intoxicated individuals, prohibited locations, or any person or address where delivery is restricted by law or carrier policy.
Shipping availability, delivery methods, shipping windows, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination, order type, carrier availability, compliance requirements, weather conditions, and business needs. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Because wine is temperature-sensitive, Wine & Barrel Co. may delay, hold, modify, or reschedule shipments during extreme heat, extreme cold, storms, carrier disruptions, or other conditions that may affect wine quality or delivery success. We may also refuse, cancel, hold, or modify an order if we determine that shipment is not legally permitted, commercially reasonable, or appropriate under the circumstances.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Wine & Barrel Co. is not responsible for failed delivery, delayed delivery, returned shipments, additional carrier charges, or loss caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, failed adult-signature attempts, carrier delays, weather delays, weather holds, refusal of delivery, legal restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Detailed information on shipping windows, weather-hold thresholds, adult signature requirements, state-specific shipping availability, delivery attempts, returned shipments, cancellations, damaged shipments, flawed wine claims, and refund eligibility is described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Shipping & Returns Policy regarding shipping, delivery, returns, cancellations, or damaged/flawed wine, the more specific Shipping & Returns Policy will apply.
9. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Damaged Shipments
Return, refund, credit, and replacement eligibility may depend on the nature of the issue, applicable law, shipping conditions, product condition, and timing of the request.
If your shipment is damaged, missing, leaking, incorrect, or otherwise affected during transit, please contact us promptly with your order information, photos if available, and supporting details.

10. Wine Club, Allocations, and Membership Interest
If Wine & Barrel Co. offers a wine club, allocation list, release list, or membership program, participation may be subject to additional terms, including billing, shipment frequency, customization windows, cancellation deadlines, allocation availability, minimum order requirements, state shipping restrictions, taxes, discounts, shipping charges, adult signature requirements, and member benefits.
Joining a mailing list, wine club interest list, allocation list, or waitlist does not guarantee product availability, membership acceptance, pricing, discounts, shipment timing, event access, or access to future releases.
Wine club allocations, discounts, shipping benefits, and other member benefits may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue wine club benefits, allocation rules, shipment schedules, or membership offerings at any time.
If a wine club shipment or allocation is scheduled, you are responsible for reviewing your order, updating billing and shipping information, making permitted customizations, and cancelling or modifying your membership before any stated deadline.
Once a wine club order or allocation has been processed, it may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or modification.
11. Events, Tastings, and Trade Shows
Wine & Barrel Co. may participate in or host events, tastings, trade shows, markets, dinners, festivals, private experiences, release events, or wine club events.
Event participation may be subject to age verification, ticket terms, venue rules, availability, cancellation policies, state and local laws, and separate event terms.
By submitting information through an event form, QR code, signup sheet, badge scan, business card, or other event-related method, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are 21 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to refuse service, deny entry, remove participants, cancel participation, or modify event access if required by law, venue policy, safety concerns, intoxication concerns, capacity limits, or business needs.
