2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Wine & Barrel Co. are not eligible to enter or win.

Wine & Barrel Co. reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize. A winner may be required to provide proof of age, identity, and eligibility.

This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on June 12, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on June 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

Wine & Barrel Co.’s computer, form platform, or email marketing platform will be the official timekeeping device for this giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official giveaway entry form during the giveaway period.

The entry form may be accessed by:

• Scanning the Wine & Barrel Co. QR code at the event
• Visiting the giveaway landing page
• Completing a Wine & Barrel Co. event signup form
• Using another entry method approved by Wine & Barrel Co.

Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated.

To enter, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, state, ZIP code, age confirmation, and other basic contact information.

You must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older to enter.

No purchase is necessary. Entry or additional chances to win will not be given for purchasing alcoholic beverages.

5. Marketing Consent

Entering the giveaway does not automatically require you to receive marketing emails unless you opt in.

6. Prize

One winner will receive the following prize:

Suggested prize options may include Wine & Barrel Co. branded merchandise, event-related merchandise, a non-alcoholic gift item, or another lawful prize.

Alcoholic beverages are not awarded as the prize. Any prize involving a tasting, event, or winery experience is subject to applicable law, age verification, scheduling availability, location restrictions, and any additional terms provided by Wine & Barrel Co.

The prize has no cash value unless otherwise stated. The prize may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash. Wine & Barrel Co. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The drawing will take place on or about July 6, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email, phone, or another contact method provided at the time of entry.

The potential winner must respond within 5 days of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete any required verification, Wine & Barrel Co. may select an alternate winner.

Before receiving the prize, the winner may be required to confirm eligibility, provide proof of age, provide a valid mailing address, and complete any required release or tax documentation.

9. Prize Delivery

Prize delivery will be arranged by Wine & Barrel Co. after winner verification is complete.

Wine & Barrel Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable prize shipments due to incorrect information provided by the winner or carrier-related issues.

If the prize includes an event, tasting, or experience, the winner and any guest must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to show valid government-issued identification.

10. Alcohol Compliance

Wine & Barrel Co. reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or violates applicable law.

All decisions by Wine & Barrel Co. regarding this giveaway are final.
