Our club is designed to bring you closer to that experience through seasonal allocations, preferred pricing, early access to releases, and invitations to events that reflect the spirit of the winery.
Whether you are looking for a more approachable way to enjoy our wines throughout the year or a deeper level of access to limited releases and member hospitality, each membership offers a thoughtful way to stay connected to what we are building. Both clubs are rooted in small-lot production, intentional winemaking, and wines meant to be opened, shared, and remembered.
Program Strucure
Two allocations per year: Spring and Fall
Two tiers:
- Barrel Club — 6 bottles per shipment
- Cellar Club — 12 bottles per shipment
All members:
- Receive early access to new releases and limited wines
- Are invited to member events, pop up tastings, and winemaker dinners
- Can customize each shipment within the club window, as inventory allows
Barrel Club
2 shipments per year | 6 bottles per shipment
Minimum order value: $300 at member pricing (before tax and shipping)
Waived for your first allocation during our initial release cycle
An approachable way to enjoy Wine & Barrel Co. throughout the year. Barrel Club is designed for flexibility, discovery, and access to the wines ahead.
Benefits:
- Two curated 6‑bottle shipments per year featuring our core wines and select new releases; 10% savings on all wine purchases year‑round
- $30 flat rate shipping in California on allocation shipments, with reduced rates for out‑of‑state allocations
- Member pricing for events, including release parties, pop‑up tastings, and winemaker dinners
- Access to member‑only virtual tastings and online release events
- Full customization of each shipment during the club window
- Early access to new releases before the general mailing list
Cellar Club
2 shipments per year | 12 bottles per shipment
Minimum order value: $550 at member pricing (before tax and shipping)
Waived for your first allocation during our initial release cycle
Our most complete membership experience. Cellar Club offers deeper access to our wines, broader benefits, and a closer connection to the winery.
Benefits:
- Two curated 12‑bottle shipments per year featuring our most limited and age‑worthy wines; 20% savings on all wine purchases year‑round
