April marked our first public season for Wine & Barrel Co., with four wine events, four communities, and countless conversations around the table. These first public pours of The Dawn and The Traveler gave us more than exposure. They gave us direction, encouragement, and a deeper sense of how our small-batch wines come alive through the people who experience them.
Last week marked an important milestone: the launch of Wine & Barrel and the release of our first two wines. After years of quiet cellar work, fermentations, barrel selection, late‑night emails, and patient craft, seeing this project come to life has been humbling. April brings a series of meaningful moments as we step out into the world with our wines. Each event is an opportunity to meet new communities, share the wines in conversation, and continue shaping the story we’re building — one pour at a time.
